TOWN OF HANCOCK LOCAL LAW NO. 1 OF THE YEAR 1989 A Local Law to Amend Local Law No. 2 of the Year l987: A Local Law for Flood Damage Prevention. Be it enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Hancock as follows: Local Law No. 2 of l987 is amended as follows: l. In Section 6.1 entitled Appeals Board the words "Town Planning Board" shall be substituted for the words "Town Board" in the following places: (a) Paragraph 6.l (l) line l; (b) Paragraph 6.l (2) line l; (c) Paragraph 6.l. (3) line l; (d) Paragraph 6.l (4) line l; (e) Paragraph 6.l (5) line 2. 2. The Community number set forth in Paragraph 3.2 (2) line 3 shall be changed to 36020lA. 3. This amendment shall take effect on the twentieth day following its enactment. I hereby certify that the local law annexed hereto, designated as local law No. l of l989 of the Town of Hancock was duly passed by the Town Board on September 6, l989 in accordance with applicable provisions of the law. I further certify that I have compared the preceding local law with the original on file in this office and that the same is a correct transcript therefrom and of the whole of such original local law, and was finally adopted in the manner indicated in paragraph l above.
