After January taxes can be mailed to: Tax Collector, 661 West Main Street, Hancock NY 13783

Paid by January 31st - without penalty
Paid by February 28th - a 1% penalty is added on to the tax amount
Paid by March 31st - a 2% penalty is added on to the tax amount
Paid by April 30th - a 3% penalty is added on to the tax amount
After April 30th - all taxes must be paid directly to the Delaware County Treasurer in Delhi, New York.
