The Transfer Station is for use by residents, or landowners of the Town of Hancock and Town of Tompkins only. You must have a permit to use the Station. Permits can be obtained at the Town Clerk's Office during regular Office Hours, or you may download one here. The fee for the permit is $10.00. The plate number of the vehicle that you will be putting the sticker on will be needed when purchasing the permit.
