Here's the link to the complete State of Emergency issued yesterday.
https://5il.co/1v3xr

At today's Delaware County Board of Supervisor's meeting a declaration of a State of Emergency was issued at 2:00, May 24 2023.
This has been declared due to the County of Delaware experiencing a housing crisis due to the limited number of temporary and permanent housing. Furthermore, Delaware County is not capable of receiving and sustaining any number of migrants and/or asylum seekers.
This State of Emergency will remain in effect for thirty (30) days unless rescinded earlier by the Chairman of the Board.
This can be declared again after 30 day's and as many times as necessary because 30 days is the maximum time a single State of Emergency can be in effect.
I will add the entire declaration tomorrow.
Jerry Vernold
